New to Barre Evolution?
Barre Evolution classes follow a 60-minute format: 10 minute warm-up and upper body conditioning; 25 minutes of thigh and glute work using a ballet barre; 20 minutes of core conditioning and abdominals; 5 minutes of stretching and relaxation.  Sequencing and intensity level of each interval vary from class to class.Socks are required for all classes. We suggest comfortable workout pants that cover the knees for floor work. Leg warmers and tutus not required!
