What results will I see?

If you attend 3-4 classes per week, you will feel and see any number of changes in your body. Each client’s body reacts differently, so here are just a few of the results you can expect to see:

How long will it be before I see results?

Every body is different, so results vary from person to person. With 3-4 classes per week, most Barre Evolution clients feel a difference after just a few classes, and see changes in their body after about a month. They key is consistency and committing to a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle. Eating right, drinking enough water, and integrating additional light cardio will help you get optimal results, fast.

What is the key to getting results, fast?

  • Attend a mix of 3-4 Barre Evolution classes per week.
  • Integrate 1-2 days of walking, running, swimming, or other cardio-based fitness on your “off-days.”
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day, starting with one first thing in the morning.
  • Eat veggies with every meal; curb sugar and alcohol intake.
  • Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
  • Talk to your BE instructor about your goals. We are here to help you reach them!
